We are seeking a Paid Search and Paid Social Media Strategist focusing on PPC and paid social advertising, campaign planning, execution, and reporting. This is a full-time position. This job can be remote or in our Bozeman office. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in PPC (Pay Per Click) and paid social media advertising. They are expected to help maintain relationships with clients, work with the team to develop strategic recommendations, account optimizations, and manage their day-to-day activities. They will assist with client-facing tasks, including building dashboards and reports in Google Data Studio.

  • Manage full-funnel PPC and paid social campaigns, including planning, testing, optimization, and strategy in alignment with client initiatives for continued acquisition and retention.
  • Develop Google Data Studio reporting dashboards with insights and recommendations.
  • Stay on top of best practices and industry trends. 
  • Develop, implement, and manage all aspects of paid social media and PPC ad planning and buying, including strategy, target analysis, ad setup, content calendar, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Identify audience targets and set clear objectives for PPC and paid social media campaigns in order to effectively reach a client’s goals within established budgets.
  • Measure impact and effectiveness of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
  • Manage tracking and attribution via Google Analytics, Facebook Events Manager, and Google Tag Manager. 
  • Set up and configure Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Social Media Tracking. 


  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Google Ads
    • Microsoft Ads
    • Facebook Ads
  • Experience building reports and dashboards
    • Preferably in Google Data Studio
  • Experience in one or more of the following:
    • Google Analytics
    • Google Tag Manager
  • Outstanding, professional communication skills and ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data and develop data-based recommendations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • An ability to give and receive constructive feedback well 
  • A positive attitude and enthusiasm for learning is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
