As a Project Manager, you will oversee the digital marketing campaigns, from initial concept to final delivery. You will work closely with our internal teams, clients, and external vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

- Support Account Managers, who take responsibility of project strategy and define the project plans, to ensure each plan is successfully fulfilled.
- Ensure the delivery teams carry out the defined solutions, estimates, and project plans successfully.
- Create weekly project progress summaries and ensure clients and team members are updated.
- Schedule and facilitate project meetings with clients alongside relevant Subject Matter Experts and Account Managers.
- Take notes and actionable items on meeting calls, both internal and external.
- Create project plans, timelines, and budgets, and manage resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Monitor project performance against key metrics, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, and escalate issues as required.
- Work collaboratively with the creative team, digital marketers, and account managers to ensure all project deliverables meet client expectations.
- Manage the procurement process for external vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee vendor performance.
- Ensure all projects adhere to agency and industry best practices, including project management methodologies and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams to provide updates on project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide team members with all the information they need to complete projects successfully.
- Identify and communicate project risks early, and have the plan to resolve them before they become issues.
- Oversee time tracking and task completion.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients and team members.
- Work collaboratively with team members in developing and documenting new solutions, offerings, and internal process improvements.
- Monitor capacity against current and forecasted workload to recommend staffing needs.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency environment.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them on time and within budget.
- Willingness to lead and identify and solve challenges.
- Strong organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal teams and clients.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including Asana, Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and find solutions to complex problems.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in planning and preparing marketing campaigns, social media best practices, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and WordPress.
- Comfortable using newer technologies such as AI and research platforms is a plus.
